Online Return Policy



We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your online order. Our online return policy is simple: For eligible returns you must email within 7 days of the receiving your order and return the item(s) within 14 days of the shipment date. Items received after 14 days will be eligible for reconsignment or store credit. Please refer to our Consignment Service page for more information on the consigning process. The client is responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us. Items must be received in the same condition that they were shipped. Damaged returns will not be reimbursed.

We'll notify you by email once we have received and processed your return. 



For purchases made in one of our stores, returns may be made up to 7 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.
